Refunds
Please note that all sales are final.

If you have questions about an item, please contact the shop before placing your order.

Please contact us at Support@mamaazteca.com if your item is damaged or if we have made a mistake on our end, and we will do our best to fix, replace, or refund the item.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

Due to recent global health concerns, we are unable to exchange items.

Refunds 

We will notify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our main concern is that you are happy with your purchase.
